MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Yesterday the Universities of Wisconsin regents approved asking Gov. Tony Evers for an additional $855 million in the next two-year state budget. UW system President Jay Rothman has promised no tuition increases during the life of the budget if the system gets the money.
